Defendant, Harold Joe Black, was convicted of Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance ("CDS") Schedule II (cocaine) and sentenced, as a second felony offender, to 15 years at hard labor and ordered to pay costs or, in default of payment, to serve 25 days in the parish jail with the 25 days to run concurrent with the hard labor sentence, from which he now appeals.
