Before this Court is a legal malpractice claim filed by Rodney Hendrick ("Hendrick") against Stone, Pigman, Walther, Wittmann & Hutchinson, John M. Landis, Randall A. Smith, William E. Brown, and Attorneys' Liability Assurance Society, Inc. (collectively "Stone Pigman").
