Plaintiffs commenced this action seeking to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff Jovette Young in October 1995 while attending a concert at defendant Knickerbocker Arena in the City of Albany. The incident occurred when defendant Paul Pignatelli, a security guard for the arena, ran into Young while she was returning to her seat. The matter proceeded to trial in August 1999, at the conclusion of which the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiffs...
