WILLIAMS, J.

The defendant, Timothy Neill, Sr., appeals from a district court judgment modifying his child support obligation. Defendant contends the trial court erred in increasing the child support award and in allowing the plaintiff, Laura Loftin Neill Hargis (Mrs. Hargis) to claim the federal and state income tax dependent child deductions. For the following reasons, we affirm.
