Frankie Boyd appeals his convictions for four counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, and one count of sexual battery.

At trial, the State sought to introduce evidence showing that in 1983 Boyd was charged with having sexual intercourse with a 14year-old niece in Wyoming. Boyd objected, arguing that the documents from Wyoming were not properly...
