Following a bench trial in this sex discrimination case, the trial court entered a judgment against WorldCom, Inc., awarding Christa Henningsen $415,224.73 in damages, based on its finding that her direct supervisor, Rob Green, a manager of WorldCom, subjected Henningsen to a hostile work environment and quid pro quo sexual harassment, and based on its conclusion that WorldCom was vicariously liable for the discrimination...
