Dorian Fleming, Jr. appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing his suit against First National Bank and Commerce, now Bank One, and dismissing the majority of his claims against the law firm of Chaffe, McCall, Phillips, Toler and Sarpy. Chaffe, McCall answered the appeal asking this court to reverse the judgment of the trial court awarding Fleming $9,705.04.
