WEBSTER, J.

Appellant James Hunter argues that the trial court's imposition of drug fund contribution as part of his sentence was not statutorily authorized and violates the separation of powers doctrine, procedural due process guarantees, and the equal protection guarantee. We find that the trial court's imposition of a drug fund contribution was authorized and was not a constitutional violation. We affirm.
