ORDER AMENDING OPINION

ARMSTRONG, Chief Judge.

(1) On page 1, line 1 [page 1035, column 1, line 23 of 992 P.2d], of the opinion, the words "After his eighteenth birthday, Steven Brandt was convicted in superior court of first degree child molestation" are inserted in lieu of the words "Steven Brandt was convicted in superior court of one count of first degree child rape."

Accordingly, it is
