[¶ 1.] By petition for writ of certiorari in circuit court, certain residents and family farm corporations challenged the Lawrence County Commission's approval of zoning changes on the Frawley Ranch. The circuit court dismissed the petition, holding that the exclusive remedy was an appeal under SDCL 7-8-32.
