Pursuant to a plea agreement, William M. Julian pleaded guilty to one count of first degree child molestation in exchange for the State's recommendation of the special sexual offender sentencing alternative (SSOSA). Rather than apply SSOSA, the court imposed a standard range sentence. Contending the State violated the plea agreement by failing to recommend SSOSA affirmatively to the court, Mr. Julian appeals.
