The primary issue in this case is whether plaintiffs, owners of property in Costilla County, Colorado, have rights to use defendants' property for grazing, gathering firewood, harvesting timber, fishing, hunting, and recreation. After a bench trial, the trial court concluded that plaintiffs had no such rights and accordingly dismissed their claims. Plaintiffs have appealed the judgment of dismissal and related orders in the trial court proceedings...
