Palesch appeals from the District Court's4 entry of summary judgment as to her claims of: (1) race and sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; (2) retaliation in violation of Title VII; (3) disability discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12201 et seq.;
