¶ 1 Defendant appeals from a conviction of telephone harassment, a class B misdemeanor in violation of Salt Lake City Code § 11.08.030. Defendant claims that the trial court improperly admitted prior bad act evidence, that admission of hearsay testimony violated both the federal and state Constitutions' Confrontation Clauses, and that the court erred in ruling that statements made during a telephone call were...
