Appellant, Tony Sherman King, was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of possession of less than two ounces of marihuana. After his pre-trial motion to suppress evidence was overruled, he pled guilty pursuant to a plea bargain agreement in which his punishment was set at deferred adjudication community supervision for one year and a fine of $300. Appellant reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion...
