Greg Kent was convicted of rape, aggravated sodomy, and aggravated assault. For sentencing purposes, the conviction for aggravated assault merged with the rape count. Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Kent filed this appeal. Kent now challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, the composition of the jury array, an evidentiary ruling, and the trial court's refusal to give a charge on fornication...
