This appeal arises out of a guilty plea entered by John Dexter Pike. In March 1995, Pike entered a non-negotiated guilty plea on two counts of aggravated child molestation, one count of child molestation, one count of statutory rape, one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes, and one count of sexual exploitation of a child.
