ROBERT M. PARKER, Circuit Judge:

Earnest Jordan appeals his conviction, after guilty plea, for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 922(g)(1)(West 2000). Jordan pleaded guilty conditioned upon his right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence gained by police officers in a warrantless stop and search of his person. We affirm.
