{1} Appellants Larry and Lynette Pulis appeal from the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Phoenix Indemnity Insurance Company. Phoenix filed a complaint for declaratory relief alleging that Lynette Pulis's minor son, Steven, was not entitled to class-one uninsured motorist (UM) coverage for injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
