This declaratory judgment action was brought by Agricultural Insurance Company and American National Fire Insurance Co. who had issued insurance policies to Focus Homes, Inc. (Homes) and Focus Homes Corporation (the Corporation). The insurers now appeal from the district court's denial of their summary judgment motion and dismissal of their action. Homes and Corporation cross-appeal the district court's failure to grant them summary judgment...
