The respondent was served with a petition containing 26 charges of professional misconduct against him, all but one of which alleged escrow violations. In his answer to the petition, the respondent denied, in part, the factual allegations contained in Charges Nine, Ten, Thirteen, Fifteen, Eighteen, and Twenty-five.
