OPINION OF THE COURT

Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee served the respondent with a petition dated July 1, 1999, containing one charge of professional misconduct. After a prehearing conference on November 22, 1999, and a hearing which began on December 8, 1999 and concluded on December 15, 1999, the Special Referee sustained the charge. The petitioner now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report and to impose such discipline as the Court deems appropriate...
