Carrier Corporation and its former employee, Rajiv Malik, appeal from judgments entered by Judge Goettel before and after a jury trial. Malik's amended complaint alleged six common law claims against Carrier and one of its officers, Regina Kramer, based on events during and prior to Malik's termination. The district court granted judgment as a matter of law on three claims, and Malik withdrew one claim prior to its submission to the jury. The...
