In this diversity action the district court entered summary judgment against Lilia Twombly, an AmeriCorps participant, on her breach of contract claims against her AmeriCorps contracting agency, the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs (AFOP). Twombly claimed that AFOP failed to provide her with "health and medical coverage" and "worker's compensation" as recited in her contract. We affirm summary judgment on the health coverage claim...
