Per Curiam.

Jack D. Glazer has submitted an affidavit, dated November 11, 1999, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Glazer was admitted to the practice of law at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 21, 1958, under the name Jack David Glazer.
