From 1989 to 1997, George Brown a/k/a China ("Brown") was a member of the "Westchester Avenue Crew", a drug organization that sold heroin under the brand names "Stingray" and "Tuna" near Westchester and Bryant Avenues in the Bronx. Brown was arrested along with several of his cronies in 1997.
