RODRIGUEZ, Justice.

This is an appeal from the denial of a special appearance. See Tex.Civ.Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp.2000). We reverse and dismiss the cause for lack of personal jurisdiction.
