The court convicted Rashann Maurice Brown in a bench trial of taking a controlled substance (marihuana) into a correctional facility and sentenced him to two years' imprisonment. Brown claims in two issues that: (1) the court erred in overruling his motion to suppress because the State lacked probable cause to arrest him; and (2) the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction because it does not establish that he intentionally...
