On January 8, 1996, the defendant, Marvin Hutchinson, was charged in case # 184-473 with one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile. On the same date, he was charged in case # 184-474 with one count of oral sexual battery on the same victim listed in case # 184-473. At his arraignment on both cases, he pled not guilty.
