The Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging the defendant, Maurice Harbor, with a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:69, in that he did knowingly possess stolen things, namely, a 1993 Chevy pickup truck valued at over $500.00, belonging to Marshall Fleming.
