This matter is before us on appeal by defendant/appellant, George Hyot Brashear ("Brashear"), from a judgment of the district court denying his rule for change of custody and ordering him to pay increased child support payments to plaintiff/appellee, Angela Jurado ("Jurado"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
