The defendants, Cablevision of Shreveport, American Television & Communications Corporation, (Cablevision) and its insurer, Aetna Insurance Company, appeal a jury verdict, denial of judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and motion for new trial, awarding the plaintiffs, William W. Kose and Sonja June Kose $1,300,000.00 in damages for injuries sustained when the motorcycle on which Mr. Kose was riding became entangled in a loose cable. We affirm...
