We granted a writ of certiorari to review the judgment of the Court of Civil Appeals affirming a summary judgment entered in favor of the respondent on his claim for attorney fees to be deducted incrementally from future installments of Trinity Act benefits the respondent won for the petitioner when the respondent represented the Petitioner, a City of Montgomery employee, in a suit against the City of Montgomery
