Beaver Construction Company substantially completed construction of Wildwood Apartments in 1979. Nearly 15 years later, on March 17, 1994, a fire destroyed Wildwood Apartments. At that time, Dann Baugher and Myra Dasinger, tenants of Wildwood Apartments, suffered a loss of property as a result of the fire.
