Cuningham Group Construction Services, LLC (CGCS) and B.L. of Miami, Inc., (B.L.) the plaintiff below, entered into a signed, written agreement ("Design-Build contract") for the design and construction of B.L.'s entertainment complex. The Design-Build contract provides for arbitration of "[a]ny controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its breach."
