VANCE, Justice.

Gary Lee Price was charged by two separate indictments with aggravated kidnapping and indecency with a child. He pled guilty to indecency with a child, and a jury sentenced him to twenty years' confinement. The same jury convicted Price of aggravated kidnapping on a not-guilty plea and found two enhancing sex-offender paragraphs in the aggravated kidnapping indictment to be true. The court assessed his punishment at life...
