Cece Hylton sued Edward C. Meztista and Magic Media Division ("MMD"), a partnership, alleging breach of a partnership agreement. Hylton also sought a dissolution of the partnership and an accounting of partnership profits. The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of Meztista and MMD on the ground of accord and satisfaction.
