We review the trial court's order denying appellant's motion to correct illegal sentence based upon his claim that he was improperly sentenced under the 1995 sentencing guidelines. Appellant committed his offenses on October 10, 1996, and March 11, 1997, thus within the window period recently established by the Supreme Court of Florida for challenging a sentence imposed under the 1995 sentencing guidelines.
