Appellant Valerie Ann Springer was injured when the bicycle she was riding was struck by a vehicle driven by appellee Todd Bohling. Springer sued Bohling, but, pursuant to a jury verdict, the trial court entered judgment for Bohling based upon Springer's contributory negligence. Springer appeals.
