MEMORANDUM OPINION

LAMBERTH, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Corporation's ("MDA") Rule 59(e) Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment. For the following reasons, Plaintiff's motion is denied.
