This matter is before the court on defendants' motions for summary judgment against plaintiff Annett, (Doc. 39), and against plaintiff Pierotti. (Doc. 40). The court has also considered the motion by plaintiff Pierotti to supplement his memorandum in opposition to the defendants' motion. (Doc. 52). Dr. Pierotti's motion is granted.
