DUFRESNE, Judge.

The sole issue presented in this appeal is whether the trial judge erred in denying the defendant's motion to quash the indictment. For the reasons set forth herein, we find no error.

On March 12, 1998, the Jefferson Parish Grand Jury returned an indictment charging the defendant, Levy Dickerson, as well as Russell Kirkland and Richard Strippling with first degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S....
