Appellant Katusha Nurse appeals the district court dismissal of her complaint. Upon review, we find that appellant's complaint states valid claims for relief under both the Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2671, et seq., and Bivens v. Six Unknown Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971). We reverse in part, affirm in part, and remand...
