[¶ 1] Carleton Greely appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Crowley, J.), entered pursuant to M.R.Civ. P. 80C, affirming a decision of the Maine Department of Human Services concerning Greely's eligibility to receive Medicaid benefits.1 The Department determined that Greely's income exceeded the eligibility limit of the Medicaid program, and that he would have to spend down certain amounts...
