Michelle Steger, Deborah Lane, Matthew Young, Mark Woods and Patrick Burch1 sued defendant Franco, Inc. to compel Franco to bring one of its buildings, the Clayton Central Building (CCB), into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213 (2000).
