The plaintiff-appellant, R.J. Miller, Inc. (the Millers), brought this suit against the defendants-appellees, Michael J. Harrington and Caroline A. Harrington, to recover repair costs incurred for structural damages to a building the Millers purchased from the Harringtons. The building had both residential and commercial components. The Millers alleged that the Harringtons failed to provide a disclosure statement...
