J.K. was adjudicated a child in need of care and continued custody of him was granted to La. Department of Social Services (OCS). J.K.'s adoptive parents, A.K. and L.K., appeal this decision. We affirm.

On October 2, 1993, soon after his birth, J.K. was adopted by A.K. and L.K. A.K. and L.K. wanted to adopt a special needs child, one who would likely not be adopted by anyone else. J.K.'s natural mother abused...
