Opinion by Chief Justice CORNELIUS.

Theodore Broderick appeals from his conviction in a jury trial for the offense of aggravated sexual assault on a child. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on one count, and to twenty years' imprisonment and a $10,000.00 fine on the second count.
