Prent Corporation and GOEX Corporation (collectively the Buyers) contracted with Martek Holdings, Inc. (d/b/a MASCON) to provide customized software systems. When MASCON failed to provide operational systems, the Buyers sued. After a trial to the court, they were awarded damages for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
