WHITBECK, J.

The prosecutor appeals by leave granted the trial court's verbal ruling granting defendant Charles E. Wilhite's motion to withdraw his no-contest plea and scheduling the case for trial. We reverse because "[t]here is no absolute right to withdraw a... plea once it has been accepted," Wilhite failed to make the showing necessary to justify withdrawing his no-contest plea, and the trial court made its decision...
